What this platform is, and what it isn't

Last updated: 2026-05-03

This is an educational simulation. It is not a real broker.

Grand Sky Capital uses live market prices but the balances, trades, deposits, withdrawals, staking yields, and rewards on this platform are entirely simulated. No real money moves; no real assets are bought, sold, or held. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

What this platform does

Grand Sky Capital is an educational trading simulation. It mirrors the surfaces of a real brokerage (markets, charts, orders, wallet, staking, statements) so users can learn how trading works without putting real money at risk.

  • Live prices. Quotes for crypto, stocks, and ETFs come from public market data providers (Yahoo Finance) and refresh every 15 seconds.
  • Simulated balances. Every USD, crypto, stock, or ETF balance shown in your wallet is a simulated number. Nothing leaves the platform.
  • Simulated execution. Market orders fill instantly at the live mid-price; limit orders fill when the live price crosses your limit. There is no real order book and no real counterparty.
  • Simulated yield and rewards. Staking APYs and referral bonuses are illustrative numbers paid from a simulated reward pool. They are not on-chain.

What this platform is not

  • Not a registered broker. Grand Sky Capital is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, FCA, ASIC, MAS, or any other financial regulator. We do not custody, clear, settle, or transmit any real assets.
  • Not investment advice. Nothing displayed on this site, including price ticks, order book previews, market trade feeds, recommended symbols, watchlists, top movers, or any feature that resembles analysis, constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security or asset.
  • Not a money-transmitter. Deposits and withdrawals are entries in the simulation. We do not move actual fiat or cryptocurrency on your behalf. Do not send real funds to any address shown on this platform.
  • Not a tax document source. Statement PDFs are records of your simulated activity for reference only. They are not 1099s, not P60s, and not valid for any tax filing.

Risk disclosure

Even though balances are simulated, the patterns you practice here mirror real markets. If you go on to trade real money based on what you learn, you can lose some or all of it. Real markets carry risks that this simulation does not fully reproduce, including but not limited to:

  • Slippage, partial fills, and order rejection
  • Liquidity gaps, especially during volatile periods
  • Counterparty default and exchange insolvency
  • Custody risk for self-held crypto
  • Regulatory risk in your jurisdiction (some assets shown here may not be available where you live)
  • Tax obligations on real gains

Past performance and price action shown here is not indicative of future results.

Privacy & data

We collect the minimum needed to operate the simulation: your account holder name, optional email, login credentials, and any identity documents you submit through the KYC flow. Documents are stored encrypted and used only to demonstrate KYC review.

Trade history, deposits, withdrawals, and ledger entries are retained for the life of your account and exposed only through statement downloads. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent this simulation as a real broker, real exchange, or regulated financial service
  • Use the platform to deceive others into believing they are trading real assets
  • Attempt to extract, scrape, or replicate the platform's market data feed at scale
  • Submit forged identity documents through the KYC flow
  • Abuse referral rewards through fake accounts or sock puppets

Termination & accuracy

We reserve the right to close any account at any time for violations of these terms. We make no guarantee of platform uptime, data accuracy, or feature continuity. Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice as the simulation evolves.
